TO hound looking for help/feedback on chow plans

Excitedly returning to NYC for another visit. While others may spend their time combing through museum, play and music guides, our trips are organized around the food!!

So far, we've got dinners booked for Tides and The Modern - Bar Room. We'll also brave the lines at Prune for brunch. And after recent posts, I'm really intrigued by the olive oil gelato at Otto so we may saunter over there one evening. Any "must have" dishes at any of these spots?

To round out our list, I'm looking for help with:

1) Sunday evening - a place we can go without reservations, something that falls under the broad heading of "Asian flavours", casual but great. Thinking of heading out to Sripraphai in Queens (easy to get to by train/cab?). Other thoughts - Fatty Crab, NY Noodletown or maybe one of the Grand Sichuans.

2) Tuesday lunch - we'll be finishing a meeting at 20th and Broadway and will have a couple of hours to grab lunch before heading to the airport. Wondered about going to one of the parks where they have the Shake Shacks or carts (weather permitting) or maybe something else nearby?

I appreciate your expert guidance. Many thanks.
