I am a hot & sour soup fanatic. I had one today that surely ranks at the top of the list. The Winsor Dim Sum Cafe, a new spot on Tyler Street in Chinatown, serves a very nuanced soup, with lots of interesting flavors. It's light in color but has the same hotness as the more common brown-sludge type of hot & sour (although I get a kick out of that stuff too, sometimes). Where are the other great hot & sour soups, and why?
