Hot smoked salmon - left out of fridge 3-4 hours, safe to eat?

So, we had two mishaps with Whole Foods delivery today and want to know whether we should be eating either of these...

1.) Scenario 1: Shopper took 4 hours from the start of shopping to dropping it off at our door (unclear how long salmon would’ve been out of the fridge specifically, but 4 hours max). Hot smoked salmon (vacuum sealed in package) was cool to the touch, but not ice cold.

2.) Scenario 2: Shopper started shopping 2 hours ago, then hot smoked salmon sat outside in 62 degree weather (so pretty cool) for 1 hour. Again, was cool to the touch, but not ice cold. Would’ve been out of fridge for 3 hours max, but may also have been less.

Would you eat either of these? After obsessively scouring the interwebs I’m leaning towards YES only because 1.) hot-smoking would’ve killed bacteria, 2.) these are unopened and have tons of salt to preserve, and 3.) apparently even in high end restaurants they leave fish out for 4 hours max at room temperature. But I also don’t want us to be dragging ourselves into the ER in COVID times...

BONUS Q: Would you eat vacuum-sealed *frozen* raw salmon fillets that had also been included in the above packages (along with the smoked salmon)? In both cases, frozen salmon fillets were frozen on the inside, but slightly squishy/thawed on the outside - definitely still cold, though. I’m reading about how some people actually thaw salmon at room temp for a few hours and nothing happens to them... but dubious to take chances. Threw them in the fridge for now just in case.
