I recently read about about the new hot dog on the bar menu at Cafe ArtScience in Kendall Square and had to give it a shot last night. House-made natural-casing, all-beef hot dog made with smoked paprika, grilled on applewood & served on a house split-top bun with onions and Dijon mustard.
Unfortunately I had to split it with my date, but I could have easily scarfed down 4 of these myself (if it weren't for the excellent charcuterie plate that preceded it). The house-made bun was particularly good.
Cocktails by Greg and Koko were amazing as usual.
