In my search for good pig feet dishes I find what can be ordered up at Hong Wang (hao wang: 好旺) to be quite good. Their chicken and duck, as well as 炖‘dun’ or stews are also recommended.

This place is alway nice for small plates of chicken and duck, as well as some of their family style dishes. They seems to have a regular flow of customers but it is not a jammed packed place. They do a lot of take out and delivery.
The dishes are quite good, and was curious about the pig feet.
The dish of pig feet, or 猪手 ‘zhushou' is about 10 dollars, and comes loaded with mouth bite sized chuncks of cut pig feet, fat and skin dangling with chuncks of meat more secured to bone, wth a minority of ginger chuncks attesting to the kitchen staffs artistry.
The preparation is in prehaps in a huge wok. Large chuncks of thick ginger are hidden here and there amongst the fatty and meaty pig feet chuncks, and the ingredients are not done up in a soupy way, with the sauce is a subtle glaze equalized throughout this large dish of cooked meat. Nice finger sized slices of green onion add to the color and flavor of this dish.
This is a great place to keep in mind for great Chinese food.
They have beer, a television that seems to be always on, and a friendly staff.
