this is my first post on chowhound but i often refer to it as a guide to where to eat but my difficulty with the HK discussion board is WHAT to eat at all these top michelin star restaurants.
i understand that most of these restaurants earned their stars through the execution as a restaurant as a whole but it must be the few key signature dishes they make them so good.
in the end, i just want to know what is good where
im headed to HK on the 16th for 3 nights and 4 days. i am a student with a budget but i get to have one lunch and one dinner with my host family where they will treat me :D
they've asked me to find the best seafood restaurant for items such as shark fin soup and abalone and then dim sum
whats the best suggestion?
ive read fu sing, lei garden, yung kee are places to go
thanks for the help
