2015. My hubs is requesting simply prepared proteins, and then there is moi that craves a sauce or drizzle with mine. Plan is to grill chicken breast cutlets, and 1 whole salmon filet on Monday that will be readily available for quick lunch, and/or fast, simple dinners during the week. Addition of veg, and starch will be on the fly. Please share your favorites to dress up the naked. Not soliciting marinades, and rubs at this time. Fresh, healthy, and tasty most important. If it pairs well with both poultry, and fish all the much better. Make in advance with minimal ready-made ingredients, and storable in small amounts is much desirable. Vast ethnicity is all good. TIA.
