What can make homemade pasta reddish orange?

I remember eating homemade fettuccine at an Italian restaurant in NJ years ago that had reddish orange noodles and the strong flavor of sun-dried tomatoes. I tried making pasta with sun-dried tomato paste, but it didn’t come even close to the look or flavor.

Any idea how I could replicate the restaurant’s pasta?
