I wanted to follow up on my post yesterday. I ate at Home last night and had a surprisingly tasty meal. The smoked duck wing appetizer is delicious. I had the fennel crusted pork loin with apple slices and red rice. A nice dish though nothing super. The fishes at the table including brook trout and Escalore were the way to go. Wine selection limits itself to LI vintages but were affordable. So, as Dulli once said, now you know.
