In that name of all that is holy, where is the danish?? OR ANY PASTRY?

I have recently moved to Miami from Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It has been a culture shock (to say the least). But I think it has been a particularly difficult transition because I haven't been able to rely upon my greatest coping mechanism--pastries. You know, Muffins, danish, croissants, coffee cake--the list goes on and on. But, apparently, not here in Miami. I have yet to find a place that serves decent--no, excuse me, edible--pastries in this entire city.

What's the deal? Anyone know of any secret hideaway bakeries? (And if anyone suggests Versailles or Taste, I will really go "post"-al...)
