I received an email today from someone who read something I wrote about Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas. I mentioned my love for this Issan dish, described on LOS's menu as "with curry paste, fish, egg, slice cabbage cooked in a bowl with catfish."

My correspondent asked if this dish was available anywhere in the New York to Philadelphia area. And come to think of it, I'd like to know for myself, too.
