I am attending a meeting this weekend that is tasting a variety of raw milk products from the only raw milk dairy in CA. (raw milk butter, cream, milk, etc.)
I am in charge of providing baked goods that will highlight the special qualities of the butter. Suggestions? I believe they want a sweet baked good rather than a savory item.
I haven't tried the butter before. I use this brand of cream on occasion and the flavor is *much* more complex and cheesy/dairy-rich than even the best non-homogenized organic cream.
