High Point - Sushi Republic and O'So Tavern

birch | Oct 22, 201105:29 PM     2

We have visitied High Point several times for market and tried many restaurants. The only two that we have visited worth mentioning are Sushi Republic and O'So Tavern

Sushi Republic - we have visited twice and had great meals both times. Always busy, servers great and a big selection. Prices may be on the higher end for sushi, but definetely worth it.

O'So Tavern - tried tonight for the first time based on online reviews. We focused on their seafood which was reasonably priced. Tuna on wonton to start was delicious. Grouper with crab stuffing and pasta with seafood in a cream sauce also really good. One of the owners (Jimmy) stopped by our table and asked us about our dinner. He actually stayed to hear the response. Sent over a free dessert. Class act. We will be sure to stop by on our next visit.
