I went to HE about a month ago of weeks ago. I rememeber it as still being a great place but I hadn't been there for a long time. Some items of note:

It was Friday @ 9-ish:

Noodle Pudding had a 45 minute wait and looked like a party scene in a Fellini movie.

H.E. had tables open.

I forgot what we all had (that can't be a good sign)

So was wondering if other have had mroe recent experiences. I remember my friend said his fish was amazing. Oh I had the steak au poivre which I rememebr being lovingly done. My wife hat the duck breast and was very happy - that is a classic dish actually. I would suggest that or the fried chicken or trout if they have that. Wild game pate is good, but an app, pretty fatty (even for pate)

Questio - what happened to all the game?

H.E. was always a great 'Specials' Board place (Elk Chops, ostrich, ocassional boar) but there was nothing like that this time...

I chalked it up to being past the 'season' but since i moved a way i don't get to go by or even go as much as I used to.

Funny I seem to remember constant posts on Henrys' but then wveryone discovered Dom...
