Here's the dilemma. I was about to take a jar of Helllman's Light Mayonnaise when I noticed two new light mayos on the shelf. There was Hellman's Mayonnaise Dressing with extra virgin olive oil and Hellman's Canola cholesterol free mayonnaise. Of course I read the product labels and still came way confused. So I did what any self respecting Chowhound would do - I bought all three! I have had mayonnaise every which way to attempt to discern the best tasting version and I am still confused. I am partial to the canola oil mayo. Any other opinions?
