Heimish/traditional catering done well (Thank G-d)

Our family used Glaubers catering in Monsey for a weekend event. The menu was very traditional, Heimish (roast chicken, chicken soup and matza balls, gefilte fish, potato kugel, cholent...). Nothing was greasy. Everything was tasty and presented well. I don't believe that the Cholent was greasy either. Even the chicken nuggets were meaty and moist. Bordering on odd. The desserts (strawberry short cake and brownies) were presented beautifully and were fresh---garnished, decorated, large pieces. The person we dealt with was polite and accommodating. The portions were large (ex: big slices of Gefilte Fish, Huge elegant Challah rolls for each person--more like a smaller version of entire braided loaf). Liver and eggs (yummy). Even the waiter recommendation was spot-on. We were pleasantly surprised. And I always say that it is not easy to come by Heimish done right. (btw, i don't work for them--just a happy customer).
