What heat setting should I use for stove top stir fry with non-stick stir fry pan?

I have a new Jamie Oliver T-fal stir fry pan (open to replacing it with a traditional carbon steel wok, if necessary). It is a non-stick pan, but without the toxic chemicals in other teflon coatings.

On my coil stove top, what setting should I use for stir frying meat and veggies? Medium-High? Or is that not hot enough?
