Let's hear it for Kit Marlowe's Zero point pumpkin soup

Kit marlowe buried this excellent recipe in the thread about weight loss. It sounded so delicious, I went home and made it last night, and I must say that if all zero point recipes were this flavorfully well-rounded, unctuous, rich, and DECADENT, we could all be reed-thin Chowhounds.

"My zero point soup goes like this:

Take 2 big cans of ff chicken stock and bring to a boil, adding some diced tomatoes, some diced red onion, about 6 TBS cider vinegar, cumin, cinnamon, two chopped chipotle peppers with adobo from a can, one large can of pulped pumpkin (the type used for pie), 6-7 cloves of roasted garlic minced, mexican oregano, salt and pepper. The point of this recipe is that it is fast and easy to make--hence all the cans--so it is easy to keep the soup on hand. I like to have a big bowl at room temperature in the late afternoon."
