I love to cook, but have found that I rely a lot of meat/cheese/butter/oil, etc. and have decided that I would like to lower my fat intake, without compromising flavor. I would especially like to learn more about lentils and other beans, and eat more brown rice and tofu, which I currently usually end up frying with a lot of oil. I'd love to hear people's favorite, relatively easy dinners that are tasty and healthy (in the low-fat, whole grain sense of the word).
I promise to report back any good recipes I come across or invent.
