Healthy Cookies

Hi everyone,
I was in the hospital (Kelowna General, In Kelowna, BC , Canada just in case soemone who made these cookies reads this).
They brought me a cookie that was out of this world, if I cannot find the recipe, I was wondering if you could help me make one up?

The cookies had a base of molasses, oatmeal, with cranberries, raisins, dates, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds. It was a fairly thick cookie not browned much on the bottom but cooked.
I have searched for weeks now and finally decided to ask you if you know of a recippe such as this one?

It is so delicious and gets the good stuff into my grandson.

I was actually wondering if they were maybe roleed into a tube and sliced? Then cooked or maybe cooked halfway and then sliced?

They are a fabulaous cookie and filling to keep you full from breakfast to lunch, or if hiking a great way to get energy to make it up that mountain.

Please help if you can......we have a big hicking trip planeed and these are so great for hiking, and don't take up a lot of rom in my pack.
