I posted a while ago about how to use hazelnut butter (thanks for responses) and now I have another hazelnut request. Has anybody made a hazelnut cheesecake? I mean the filling should be hazelnut, not just the crust. I checked Epicurious but they all had variations on the theme -- hazelnut praline, for instance. I want the pure thing.
Years ago I worked at Miss Grimble's in New York and I've never gotten the taste of their hazelnut cheesecake out of my head.
