Haute cuisine -- in Myrtle?

Anton | Feb 9, 200311:47 AM

OK, here's the situation -- an old friend who is both a golf nut and a saucier at a Michelin two-star restaurant in the Loire Valley is taking his vacation in Myrtle to play some golf. First time he's been in America. You understand, we can't exactly take him to Applebee's. I need to know, what's the A-list in Myrtle Beach? I imagine he'll want to dine well and damn the cost at least some of the time, but I think if there's some tar-paper shack that serves genuine good food, he'd be up for that too. Help! Any and all suggestions appreciated.
