Sue Torres is one of my favorite chefs. Years ago she ran the kitchen at the Rocking Horse in Chelsea when it served great food, more recently she was at Hell's Kitchen in...Hell's Kitchen. I just called to inquire about the possibility of Sue catering a small event (my wedding) and I was told she is "no longer with the company." The restaurant claimed not to have any information about her whereabouts. Any other Sue Torres fans out there have a clue how I can get in touch with her?
