Last night we had a chow hound dinner. As expected, the main focus of conversation was food and we got into the topic of guilty pleasures, in the sense of food that is really not good, but somehow we have to have it. One person got a craving for KFC about every six months and after eating it got sick, remembering "Oh, that's why I don't eat this." Nevertheless, six months later more KFC.
I myself love this rotisserie chicken we eat in Canada, called Swiss Chalet. But the worst part is I cannot resist the horrible sauce which is overly salty and contains spices that I have never been able to identify.
So what are your food, guilty pleasures. Come on fess up. Probably the only person in the world who does not crave guilty pleasures is (I'll never tell)
