I don't know why this is so complicated for me to process -
I bought some ground beef on Saturday. I meant to cook it on Sunday but didn't. So I cooked it this morning and left it cooking more in the crock-pot all day. (Spaghetti sauce).
The sell by date was yesterday.
It was still largely good looking and smelling.
