A while back several of you responded to my request for an "amazing appetizer". Midlife and others suggested stuffing fresh figs ( I am going to use goat cheese), wrapping in proscuito and grilling. Can someone give me the method to do this? The figs are quite large, do you halve them? Any directions would be appreciated. Can they be served room temp? I am making these tomorrow.
