Looking for a "grill" to broil steaks.

Help! I have been desperately searching for a grill to use in my oven/broiler for steaks, fish, veggies, etc. I purchased the perfect one at Williams-Sonoma, ten or so years ago. It was destroyed by rust (long story). The cast iron top piece was nearly identical to the rack you would see in a restaurant above wood or charcoal fire. The drippings would drop through to the bottom tray, which was a lighter metal and virtually non-stick. It was the size of a standard broiling pan. I do not want to fry my steaks stove-top, nor do I wish to use any electric device. My grill left the most beautiful char marks on the meat or vegetables, and with further use, became seasoned. Since my grill rack rusted, all the joy has gone out of my steaks, and I don't bother anymore. I believe the item may have been produced by some Norwegian company...? Also, if I don't find such a thing, is there a way to restore mine? Please reply. Thanks.
