Grey Point in Sunnyside

My neighborhood has changed a lot lately, some before MoMA and some after. The latest, Grey Point Thai Food, is hip & trendy. They food's good & inexpensive and the restaurant in packed nearly every night. I believe every dish is either $5.95 or 6.95.

I used to love Sunnyside for its authentic un-Americanized cuisine of many countries but things have changed & to be honest I don't think the "new" sunnyside middle class, those ex-manhattanites, really care to eat what recent immigrants want to prepare. Those restaurants in the area to me look like they're dying off quickly.

Grey Point is @ Greenpoint Ave & 42nd St.

I would recommend this place and after take a stroll up to Greenpoint & about 44th and get yourself a $4 super cholado from "Pecas y Mas" a new hip looking dessert place.
