New-to-me greens: Tokyo Bekana. Any suggestions?

So, I got two bunches of this from my favorite organic farmer. I've never heard of this before she offered them to her customers, so, in the spirit of trying something new, I bought some. I'm thinking of steaming or sauteing, maybe flavoring with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. But I'm open to other suggestions!
