Ok...I can here the groans through the computer screen..."when will he stop asking about esoteric greens." I know, but one last question. Does anyone know anything about cauliflower greens. I got cauliflower at the farmer's market today,and it still has loads of greens attached. They are sort of collard-esque, but not quite as thick. Are they any good? Anyone ever used them?
I tried to ask the farmer, but the awkward little man just sort of mumbled to himself, so I didn't press the issue. The man grows great veggies, so I'm not going to complain :)
