Made egg noodles the other day, as I have been doing for for a long time. Just egg, flour, oil, baking power, salt. Good stuff. Left some unused (and uncooked) in the fridge for five days and they TURNED GREEN! As in, olive green. Pretty, but I ain't gonna eat them.
Can someone explain to me what's going on? What ingredient in this list turns green in the fridge after five days?
