Great Thanksgiving meal in Western MA or Southern VT

terrierboy | Oct 23, 201506:52 PM     6

We're looking for a cozy restaurant in the Berkshires or Southern VT (between Bennington and Manchester) that serves a tasty array of traditional and non-traditional dishes for Thanksgiving. The big snag lies in one of us needing to avoid gluten, dairy, canola oil, carrageenan, soy and sweeteners. This person can take enzymes to lessen the effects of gluten and casein, but the other concerns remain. We'd like to avoid too much maple and other sweet recipes, especially when it comes to veggies. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
