I've been pleased to see that New Rochelle is starting to hop. Especially on Huguenot Street. Cheap rents maybe.
My favs so far:
Sorell (Tiny, great locally sourced food. Only beer and wine- but great selection -also a wine shop)
Patrias- fantastic tapas- used to be in Port Chester but this one is better than the former.
Patisserie R (tiny cafe with pastries, live music on some Sat. night)
Gnarly Vine- not so new but menu is developing nicely
Moderne- love the bar, haven't eaten there a lot.
Any I missed?
