Great fries at Raleighs, Berkeley

Having lunch today with fellow hound Cyrus, one last time before he leaves for a year in Senegal tomorrow, I noticed that Raleigh's fries are actually really good. My experience with the rest of the food there has been that it's alright, but nothing special. These fries, though, came crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, with a dose of paprika powder on top of them. A second batch, ordered well-done, came out exactly the same way, but luckily, they were very good to start with. The onion rings were pretty good, too.
