We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Le Frite in Sherman Oaks on Ventura Blvd yesterday. Four adults and 3 kids. Called in at 10:30am for a noon reservation and when
we got there at noon, our table was ready for us.
They gave us the option to order from the brunch menu $20.50/person or a la carte.
The brunch menu was awesome. For starters, we had the option of soup, 1/2 cantaloupe with berries in port wine, smoked salmon with cream cheese and white toast and can't remember the other choice. The cantaloupe was very refreshing. it was scooped out w/port wine and berries in it. yummy.
my bf got the smoked salmon which hit the spot. pretty good.
For my main entree, I got the french toast w/berries and my bf got the poached eggs on top of artichoke hearts on top of english muffins. Yummy! this was really good too.

For your entree, they also had a salmon dish, red snapper dish, 2 item omellette, french toast, poached eggs on english muffin, and ??? can't remember what els

oops, forgot to mention that you can get coffee, tea, juice, champagne(mimosas), white or red wine and they also come around w/croissants with jam after they take your order.

The kids got a cheese pizza (well done like I like...really crunchy), a kids hamburger and a kids angel hair pasta with pink sauce. The staff, especially our waiter, Roberto, was so accomodating. He was a fantastic waiter.

Great food and fantastic service.

total w/our kcrw discount came out to $101, excluding a very nice tip for the boys.
