Great 2* or 1* lunch in Paris?

bose210 | Jun 6, 201802:06 AM     7

My wife and I are in Paris for the next couple of weeks. We'd like to have a special lunch experience and are looking for a great 1* or 2* restaurant (or even no star). We are looking for really good French (or Japanese fusion) cooking, with a wow factor, but nothing gimicky.

In 2010 I had an unforgettable experience at Ledoyen (Le Squer), but after reading reviews I find opinions are divided on 3* restaurants and I'm therefore leaning towards 2* or 1*.

Pricewise, ideally I'd prefer a lunch menu for under 100 euros.

In the past we enjoyed Cobea, Neige d'Ete, and also Septime among 1* restaurants.
