Gourmet groceries in Dallas without a car

Hi all,

I'm looking for good places to buy ingredients for very nice, ambitious dinners. Where are the nicer groceries in Dallas? Gourmet and Asian groceries are a good start. A place that I won't be afraid to buy sushi grade fish. Places where I can find unusual ingredients. Here's the catch: I have a great kitchen, but I don't have a car or drive.

That's right, I don't drive. I visit Dallas often and stay in the Crescent Court area between downtown and uptown. That means I can walk or take the trolley up and down Mckinney Ave. I can walk to parts of the West End. I've even walked to the farmer's market from there. Of course, I look like a freak to everyone in a car. But I simply don't drive and love food.

There's a great service in NYC called Fresh Direct. Anything like that in Dallas?

Any thoughts appreciated.
