Classic Seafood Stock " According to the clubsauce.com website, it is a "stock made from seafood, fish stock, seasonings, and white wine reduced to thick syrup (glace)"
Does anyone know of any stores(preferably in SF) that sells this or similar items? I've been looking for a potent seafood stock for my gumbo but don't want to make it from scratch everytime. Everything I've read about this product suggests that it'll do the job.
