Goose liver sausage?

My Grandfather mentioned this with relish, but I have never seen or heard of it. Can anyone suggest a name or source? I know about braunschweiger, however that is pork. If it helps, this would likely be German.

Don't know whether it would be fattened goose liver (foie gras) or just regular goose liver. Come to think of it, duck liver sausage would probably be pretty tasty too.
