I know this is subjective, but I rarely find a truly good vegetarian pâté or terrine; there is something very stodgy about those from mainstream sources here. In the Netherlands and Germany I could even find vegetarian "liverwurst" as well as many other things. Any ideas? Ideally, in Little Italy - Petite-Patrie, Villeray, Plateau, Outremont... but will venture farther if the offering is stellar. Thanks!
