I'm looking for a nice restaurant in the greater Pasadena area for Spanish tapas at a reasonable price. We will be going with a group of about 6 people, looking to spend no more than $30 per person. The only place I am aware of that fits the bill is La Luna Negra in Old Town Pasadena, but been there, done that.
Also, it would be nice if it would be possible to have a conversation without having to shout (we will be going this friday night). It doesn't have to be that close to Pasadena, we are willing to drive quite a ways for the right place. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
