hi chowhounds. i'm going to be visiting nyc this upcoming holiday weekend, and being a transplant to the east coast, i haven't had good authentic chinese in a while. was wondering if any of you have recommendations on places that serve the following types of taiwanese/mandarin food:
- green onion pancakes
- "small juicy" dumplings (xiao long bao)
- cold sesame chicken noodles
- jia jiang mein noodles
- tofu pudding
i guess i'm basically looking for a taiwanese noodle/dumpling house. oh, and any suggestions on the best dim sum?
