Good value sushi west LA?

ming | Nov 7, 2007 06:35 PM

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a new place to become my go to sushi fix. Previously, it was sushi gen, but its too far away now that I'm in West LA. Then it was Hide, but I feel it has gone downhill over the last few years. Recently its been Sakura in Culver City, but I'm looking for something closer.
This place has to have good sushi but at reasonable prices. Zo, Sasabune, Mori are great, but too pricey for biweekly meals. I'm definitely not into chic sushi or roll places like tengu or zip fusion. Please let me know if there is a good value traditional sushi place nearby.
