good restaurants for 16th birthdays?

Allcat | Dec 13, 201408:26 AM     4

I want to go out and eat for my birthday which is in January and I'm trying to find somewhere to eat that is good for groups (there would be about 10 of us) I also would like for it to have a fun atmosphere and that the restaurant is preferably located in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I want to avoid seafood since some of the people who are coming are either allergic to it or don't like it. Good desserts are also pretty important to me as well. I also want a restaurant that is very welcoming and comfortable. Lastly With the type of food I'm pretty open so just give me suggestions. Ask me anything that can help you get good suggestions for me thank you :)
