I had dan dan noodles for the first time this weekend (lucky me!) and am in love.
As near as I can tell, the sauce had some green onion, peanuts, ginger, and garlic (I'm sure there was more, I just couldn't identify it).
So now I'm all interested in these apparently easy to prepare and incredibly good noddle dishes, but don't know what to try next.
anyone have advice for both restaurants and for home preparation?
