Surprisingly, Nashville had a good South Indian restaurant (Peacock?), where I had dosas for the first time. I loved the masala dosas with the diced spicy green peppers, which came rolled up in a cylindrical shape. I recently tried a dosa at Udipi Bhavan, but it came with a slightly spicy chutney inside, rather than the green peppers. Also, it was triangular. How are the dosas at Bhindi Bazaar and Punjabi Dhaba?
