Good eats in Olympia ?

We're headed down there for about a week sometime in early/mid-August. On our past times there, we've eaten (too) many meals at the West Water View Restaurant (in Red Lion, where we stayed), Tugboat Annie's, and a smattering of random places here and there, nothing memorable. So this time it'll be a more focused itinerary as far as lunches and dinners go :-)

A few things that are important to us:
- price < $20/person for dinner
- quality ingredients
- authentic
- cuisine/genre doesn't matter .... we eat all. But we lean towards Asian, seafoods, Mediterranean, southern American
- ambiance permits talking, not shouting

We'll be staying in a hotel somewhere downtown, while we have car and can drive to Lacey, Tumwater, even Shelton (will be checking out the famed Xinh's), we're happy to go by foot approx. 1/2 mile around the Capitol Bldg.

Thx in advance.
