Good-value dinner in St-Jean-de-Luz on 14 juillet

limegimlet08 | Jun 14, 201801:40 AM     4

Hi Hounds

I'm looking for a casual but quality restaurant for a group of 6 in St Jean de Luz. The next day we'll be embarking on a 6-day bike across the Pyrenees, so quantity is almost as important as quality.

Since it's a holiday destination, I'm hoping most restos will be open on July 14th (Bastille Day) - please confirm.

Ambiance: casual (we'll be dressed like minimalist hikers)
Budget: ~30 EUR for entree-plat-dessert
Need vegetarian option (fish OK, in fact fish & seafood ideal as we'll be eating pretty rustic mountain cuisine for next week)
Bonus: Terrace seating

Thanks for your help.
Sarah
