good chinese in downtown brooklyn?

Help!! I will be so grateful for assistance from my fellow chowhounds.

Just moved to Dumbo (downtown brooklyn) and the selection of chinese restaurants is not very good. Needless to say, this is a problem, since we eat chinese, at least once a week.

I really want to get the crab dish with either black bean sauce or ginger and scallion. I will take lobster too (only in shell). None of the places I called (about 10, including thai places) had lobster, not to mention crab. It seems that most, if not all, of the restaurants are very unauthentic "chicken and broccoli" types (one place laughed at me when I asked for noodles in brown meat sauce-he said they only make that in chinatown). It is the only thing missing in Brooklyn, but its driving me crazy.

Does anyone know good authentic chinese in Downtown Brooklyn area? Do any of the chinatown restaurants deliver to Brooklyn? Lastly, does anyone know where to get good and tasty chinese style crabs in Downtown Brooklyn? Thanks for your help.
