You all must run not walk to the new cheese maker in the Pike Market (Beechers Cheese) and get some of the fresh butter they have for sale. It has higher butter fat content then most American butters and is so delicious I am tempted to eat it with a spoon. They have a good selection of regionally made artisan cheeses as well. Their cheese production is still in its infancy and many of the cheese that they will have for sale are still 7 to 8 months away from being finished. I for one am expecting great things from this place.
